Victoria Falls, locally known as "Mosi-oa-Tunya" (The Smoke That Thunders), is one of the world's most spectacular waterfalls. Located on the Zambezi River between Zambia and Zimbabwe, it is the largest curtain of falling water on Earth.
The falls span 1.7km wide and drop 108 meters into the Zambezi Gorge. The spray can be seen from 30km away, creating a unique microclimate with lush rainforest. Visitors can enjoy viewing from multiple angles, white-water rafting below the falls, sunset cruises, bungee jumping from the Victoria Falls Bridge, and helicopter flights over the falls.
