  1. Bookings and Payment
    Ticket bookings will be made but Tickets are confirmed with full payments
    All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total tour cost.
    Full payment is required before departure for the tour.
    Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or approved mobile money platforms.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds
    Client Cancellation:
    More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus administrative fees will apply.
    15–29 days before departure: Clients will be refunded 50%.
    Less than 14 days before departure: no refund will apply.
    Company Cancellation:
    If Dial-Us Tours and Travel cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety concerns),
    clients will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.
  3. Compensation Policy
    Delays or Disruptions:
    If a tour is delayed due to company fault (e.g. vehicle breakdown), reasonable compensation such as partial
    refunds, rescheduling, or complimentary services will be provided.
    Service Failures:
    If promised services (transport, accommodation, activities) are not delivered as agreed, clients are entitled to
    compensation proportionate to the inconvenience.
    Exclusions:
    Compensation does not apply to disruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest,
    pandemics, etc.) or client negligence.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must carry valid travel documents (passport, visas, permits).
    Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during tours.
    Clients must adhere to safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
  5. Liability
    Dial-Us Tours and Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
    Hence, Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients.
  6. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes will first be addressed through internal mediation. If unresolved,
    disputes will be handled under the laws of [Country/Region].
