    We aim at Protecting staff, clients, and partners from accidents, injuries, and health risks as we comply with
    all relevant health and safety legislation and industry standards.
    Dial-Us Tours and Travel Ltd provides safe transportation, accommodation worldwide, and Tour activities
    worldwide. We also improve safety practices through training and monitoring.
  3. Responsibilities
    Management: Ensures policies are implemented, resources are provided, and compliance is monitored.
    Employees: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and participate in training.
    Tour Guides/Drivers: Conduct safety briefings, maintain vehicles in safe condition, and monitor client
    wellbeing during tours.
    Clients: Adhere to safety instructions provided during tours and report any concerns promptly.
  4. Risk Management
    Dial-Us Tours and Travel Ltd Conducts regular risk assessments for destinations, activities, and transport to
    avoid inconveniences to our clients.
    We Maintain vehicles to roadworthy standards and ensure our drivers / driver guides are licensed and well
    trained.
    We Vet accommodation providers for compliance with fire, hygiene, and safety regulations, and also establish
    emergency response plans for accidents, medical issues, or natural disasters.
  5. Training and Awareness
    Dial-Us Tours and Travel Provides staff with first aid, defensive driving, and emergency response training and
    also conduct regular safety briefings for clients before tours.
