Mara-Nakuru Safari

The Masaai Mara national game reserve or the Mara as it is popularly known, boasts of
sheltering various wild animals like lions, cheetahs and other animals that animals that
annually migrate to and from Tanzania to the Maasai Mara like the gazelles, wildebeest

Lake Nakuru was first gazetted as a bird sanctuary in 1960 and upgraded to National
Park status in 1968. The park is located in Central Kenya, in Nakuru District of the Rift
Valley Province, covering an area of 188 km2, set in a picturesque landscape of
