This three-day budget safari offers the opportunity to explore Queen Elizabeth National Park in the stunning country of Uganda. Experience a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, enjoy an exciting game drive filled with diverse wildlife including tree-climbing lions, elephants, buffalo, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, bushbucks, warthogs, hippos, crocodiles and many more. Day 1: Day 1 – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
The Dial-Us Tours and Travel guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala in the morning for a scenic drive. Stop for coffee and photos at the Equator along the way. Continue through villages and cultivated areas until you reach the lush green tea estates in the rich green belt. Soon, arrive at the escarpment with breathtaking, endless views of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Depending on timing, lunch will be provided either along the way or at the lodge. After checking in, if time permits, go for a walk to explore the nearby village and Crater Lake. Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the view from the lodge.

Day 2: Day 2 – Game Drive and Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel
An early morning game drive allows you to see various wildlife, including members of the Big Five. A picnic breakfast is brought along for you to enjoy on the savannah. As you drive you may spot elephants, buffalo, lions, leopards, warthogs, hyenas and many other species. The park also boasts a rich diversity of birdlife with many colourful birds visible throughout the day. After lunch at the lodge, set off for a 3:00 pm boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel — a classic park highlight lasting two hours. The Kazinga Channel, measuring 36 km long, connects Lake George and Lake Edward. Along its shores you will have a great chance of spotting hippos, crocodiles, warthogs, buffalo, elephants and more. After the boat cruise, your guide will drive you back to the lodge for dinner.

Day 3: Day 3 – Drive Back to Kampala
After an early morning breakfast, embark on an exciting road trip back to Kampala (with lunch en route). You will arrive late in the evening and be dropped off at your hotel.
